In No 63, an infant of the same n ́e as the last, namely 7 weeks, there was a focus as large as a haricot in the left lower lobe and ziliary tubercles in the rest of that lung and scattered generally in the right. In this case the modiestinel glands on thỏ læft mida, though not enseated or mnaroscopically tuberculous, were enlarged and on microscopical examination of sections giant cells and basilli were found, though not in large mæbers.
